Clan History/Description: How do any bloodlines come into existence aside through lineage?  Need.  Mutation.  Evolution.  Sometimes this process takes a very long time, happening over thousands of years.  But once in a very long while, it can happen rapidly, born of pure will and need.  This is one of those cases.

Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics: 
Limited Bloodline - Not in the way that Restricted Bloodlines work, but because the bloodline is brand new and anyone wanting to use it should discuss it with me, the creator.

This bloodline has two visible defining characteristics; they almost always have an identical twin, their simulacrum, around them.  The second is that their chakra usage no longer emits smoke with things like clone technique and such, but instead flower petals that match the user's eye color, hence the name 'Lotus' for the clan.

Bloodline Description & Abilities:
Name: Chakra Well
Requirements: 500 EXP
Ability: The first step in the process of being able to create a Simulacrum is building up the chakra reserves necessary.  It requires three components; a massive amount of chakra, a pool of the user's blood, and an intense desire and will to never be alone again.  Passive +1 Tier to Stamina

Name: Simulacrum
Requirements: Chakra Well + 1000 EXP
Ability: Clones are commonplace with Shinobi, but what isn't is a True Clone, or Simulacrum, one that isn't simply a copy of the user, but one with their own desires, who can grow in a completely different way, and most importantly, won't vanish in a single hit.  The simulacrum copies any Bloodline implants the original has on creation or resync, but their stat raises, skills and other investments can be completely different from the original user.  Also, anyone who normally can tell that a clone is not a real person will be unable to do so unless they already know the capabilities of the bloodline and have knowledge of which one is which.

Name: Twin Telepathy
Requirements: Simulacrum + Sensory Skill + 1000 EXP (Both the Original and Simulacrum Must have Sensory and 500 EXP each)
Ability: This allows the user and the simulacrum to communicate mentally within one kilometer.  Outside this range, both can tell the direction of the other, but cannot communicate.

Name: Shared Senses
Requirements: Twin Telepathy + 1000 EXP (Both the Original and Simulacrum Must have Twin Telepathy and 500 EXP each)
Ability: This deepens the connection between the simulacrum and the original, making it to where they can link and share their senses in real time as long as they are within Sensory Range.  If Sensory is further than one Kilometer, this extends the range of Twin Telepathy as well to match.

Name: Blood of my Blood
Requirements: All other Kagami Bloodline Abilities Unlocked + 2000 EXP (Both the Original and Simulacrum must invest 1000 each)
Ability: This is the Capstone ability for the bloodline; this allows the Simulacrum to recreate the original if they were to perish, making the original vanish into lotus petals as though they were the Simulacrum.

Bloodline Limits & Drawbacks: 

• A simulacrum cannot be created during combat.  At all.  It requires a time-consuming ritual, a not-small-amount of blood, and half of the user's chakra, which afterwards both the simulacrum and the original need to rest for no less than an hour.
  
• All experience costs for rank-up are doubled: C-Class: 2,000, B-Class: 4,000, A-Class: 7,000, S-Class: 12,000, X-Class: 16,000 (Bonus EXP is Split between the Original and Simulacrum, just like normal EXP).  Also, stats must be purchased separately from each other, effectively doubling them as well.
  
• The invested stats do not change if either the original or Simulacrum dies and is reformed.  They retain their previous build and all expenditures remain the same.
  
• Nothing Restricted (Such as Sage Mode and the like) transfers to the simulacrum, only bloodlines.
